My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean, although it was very cold when I arrived, which might be due to a possible issue with the heating system. The hotel offers spacious rooms with a big, comfortable double bed and a very clean environment. However, the views may not be remarkable, but considering the price, it's not a major concern. Check-out time is also convenient until 2 pm.

The receptionist had a bit of a rude attitude and seemed moody. When I requested a room on the top floor and a quiet space, I received a room on the 5th floor surrounded by noisy neighbors. The service was a bit disappointing as there was an attempt to charge extra for certain services. On the bright side, the hotel offers metro access to downtown Sofia.
