i found the hotel very convenient because of the location across from the bus station. it was also right opposite the trams, so transport was easy. my room was spacious and airy. i was grateful my room was available at 7.30 am.

housekeeping was a major downside. when i checked in, the smell of bleach was overwhelming. the carpet was not clean, and the sink was gritty. i think they only wiped a towel over the sink and toilet.

the hotel is very close to both the bus and train stations. this made travel easy. the room was spacious, and i appreciated the fast, working internet.. the air conditioning also worked well.

i noticed mold growing around the shower enclosure. it leaked, not ideal. i found the wall-mounted soap dispensers difficult to use.. i have arthritis, so squeezing them was a challenge.
